GELG Lifetime Warranty

GELG jerry Cans are warranted by Jerry Can, LLC. against any defects in materials for life of the product to the original purchaser or gift recipient. We stand behind our product with honesty, respect and loyalty; the foundation this company was built on and trust our customers do the same. This GELG product is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Jerry Can, LLC will repair or replace, at it’s option, any GELG Jerry Can or parts thereof which is determined by Jerry Can, LLC. to be defective within such warranty periods.

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Rust – The only way to prevent rust is through regular maintenance and lubrication. Overtime, stainless steel will rust. This is especially the case when exposed to corrosive environments such as saltwater.
  • Altered or dismantled products – Dismantling or altering any GELG Jerry Can in any way voids the Consumer Lifetime Warranty.
  • Damaged paint coatings – Chipping, scratches, delamination and other blemishes are considered a normal part of wear and tear and are not covered by the Consumer Lifetime Warranty.
  • Bending Jerry Can – Stainless steel is relatively malleable by nature, so bending of metal parts is not considered a defect in workmanship or material. Each individual case will be reviewed to determine if the GELG Jerry Can will be covered by the Consumer Lifetime Warranty.

Returns & Damaged-in-Return
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for merchandise in new, resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection.

  • Resalable condition: Original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • Minor wear: Items showing only minor, superficial wear may incur a 10 % restocking fee.
  • Damage: Returns with customer-caused damage (cracked housings, missing parts, excessive scratching) will be subject to a damage assessment. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of repair or disposal from your refund, or refuse a refund if the item cannot be restored.
  • Partial refunds & exchanges: If the item is still functional but cosmetically damaged, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50 % of purchase price) or an exchange for a replacement at your expense.
  • Proof required: Please include photos of any damage when requesting a return authorization.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on damaged returns unless otherwise agreed.

Undeliverable , Refused Packages or Orders made by mistake
Undeliverable, refused packages or orders made by mistake returned to us will incur 20% restocking fee. These fees and the shipping fees we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Jerry Can expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to the products sold on this website. You agree that Jerry Can, its officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of these products. You agree the maximum liability to Jerry Can shall be the price of the products ordered.
