The United States Army Quartermaster Corps is a sustainment and former combat service support (CSS) branch of the U.S. Army. Formerly known as the Quartermaster Department, the Quartermaster Corps is one of three Army logistics branches, the others being the Transportation Corps and the Ordnance Corps.

The Quartermaster Corps’ mission is to support the development, production, acquisition, and sustainment of general supply, Mortuary Affairs, subsistence, petroleum and water, and material and distribution management. It provides this critical logistical support during both peace and war to enable combat power for the U.S. Army. The Quartermaster General, currently Colonel Jin H. Pak, oversees doctrine, training, and professional development for the branch.
